Going to pot

Split coast stampers Free 4 all 317 challenge is 'Going to pot'. Some kind of container needs to be included on your card.
I chose to do one of my old favourites

I omitted the stitched flowers from the pattern and added some bought punched ones instead.
This card was given to a friend for her birthday and she loved it so much that she has asked me to teacher her how to do the 'Prick and stitch' method of embroidery. I always love sharing my passion with others.

I will also be entering this over at Simply less is moore where the challenge is
"Outside my window".

Supplies:
Card stock: 160gsm in white
                   recycled calendar in oatmeal
Paper: scrap of floral scarp booking paper
           Grey sugar paper
Bought punched flowers
(24 March)

  5. It's taken me a while to get around to seeing what's outside your window!
This is so pretty, your lovely stitching doesn't really need the addition of Designer paper, white space might add more impact to the lovely basket!
    Thanks so much
